Pip install does not work yet.
Yes, I can make similar setup as django-bootstrap-toolkit.
For now, download/clone and use.

Sure. I created https://github.com/owais/django-bootstrap3 for now. Will try to keep it updated with upstream until a setup.py is added.

First attempt at proper setup is now pushed. Pull requests welcome. First stop: get everything we had in django-bootstrap-toolkit for v2 into v3
