History broken: transactions have a Received AND Sent amount about walletwasabi HOT 5 CLOSED

It is not a duplicate, but @Kruwed commented on #10566 thinking that it was the same issue, but it's not.
@Kruwed screenshot should be on this issue, as it's the correct one.

The correct repro is also simply to spend, there are other repros but not as straightforward

It's only a visual issue of the TransactionHistory, it seems to be a problem with when a transaction is either created or updated. Incoming and Outgoing amounts are correctly computed, but I noticed that when the bug occurs the order of calls of GetAmount is messed up (i.e. usually it get called from latest tx to earliest tx, and when the bug occurs it's not the case).

Also, calling HistoryViewModel.OnActivated fixes the issue

similar but not really duplicate afaict.
that issue has incoming OR outgoing, this one has both an incoming and outgoing amount in the same row.
And is not only for coinjoins, it's also for single user tx

edit: I see kruw his screenshot is more similar, but still different
