this was "fixed" before, I think it's the case again since decoupling #11016
How did you come to the conclusion it was UI Decoupling? I don't see any difference in XAML code comparing the PR that fixed it https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi/pull/11075/files and current master.
I would suspect more like Avalonia 11 where were many breaking changes
I was just guessing. (I initialy entered ava 11 then edited it to decoupling haha)
