My name is Zhiqi Yu (余åæ—ēŖ, pronounced as: Gee-chi Yu). I have a blog where you can know more about me and my work!

Quick intro

  • I am a Graduate Research Assistant at Center for Spatial Information Science and Systems (CSISS), George Mason University. My work is mainly research and software development.
  • I like developing all kinds of software. Currently I focus on full-stack development, but I also enjoy developing mobile apps, standalone app etc.
  • I am also a Machine Learning expert, Random Forest is probably my favorite model. I also find computer vision very interesting.
  • āš” Fun fact: I love guitars and games to my bones!

What now and what next...

  • šŸ”­ Iā€™m currently working on developing Geofairy, a mobile and web app ecosystem.
  • šŸŒ± Iā€™m currently learning Redux, Chakra-UI, MongoDB.
  • šŸ‘Æ Iā€™m looking to collaborate on developing web applications, and machine learning projects, especially in remote sensing and GIS field.
