I fixed it, start.bat should work now.

OK the start.bat work FOR NOW .... But the problem is in the client. (index.htlm)
I use Google Chrome and Don't work . When the client load .
Its seem the client redirect me to Https://C: and no to File:///
So the client is sending me to a Web does not exist and No to LOCAL FILES
My question is What Program/Browser Do you use?

Go to http://127.0.0.1/ after you run start.bat
