You can delete the file in gant data folder > anime-lists folder but Plex might hold a chache still, so if you custom search for a series name called 'clear-cache' it will reload from the site without plex cache and without disk cache

you pick any series, choose custom match, search for "clear-cache" then cancel not to messthe metadata

I got the clear-cache to work.

But for whatever reason, the anime-list's aren't downloading.
I deleted the folder [C:\Users\PlexServer\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Data\com.plexapp.agents.hama] thinking it would fix my issue, but the anime-list files aren't re-downloading.

Do i need to created a new anime library to force the download of the files?
Or is there something that tells me where to put the files manually?

you could have replaced the file in the cached folder, together with the clear-cache that should have been enough
There is a global tvdb issue since ssl no longer works though so maybe this is why ?
