Okay, now I got a bit farther, but the selftest fails:

I'll create a pull request later. For now it's creating just one option so line
1130 and 1137 should be equated to 1, not 2. ie

assert (zhash_size (options) == 1);
assert (zhash_size (cache) == 1);

Okay, I found another problem in line 1193 which should be:

assert (zhash_size (headers) == 1);

It now builds :)
