P.S. I highly suggest a 0-100 scale rather than a 0-5. That way I don't need a specific set of methods to perform operations on doubles.

...It let 1145 through. I can always implement a way to exclude that data from the dataset if you want in regards to Statistics.java. (It'll be a lot of ugly hardcoding bounds)
