Looking at the logs there was definitely and issue enabling hooks:

Apparently because we're constructing the URL out of $username/$repo, so Zappr thinks delivero/gitworkflowsamples is jonathanpollack/gitworkflowsamples, which does not exist.
Thanks for reporting, we definitely have to fix this.
