有win10 x64的报错截图么

我没有win7的系统，你这个问题可能是你没有安装相关补丁导致的，可以试一下安装 https://www.microsoft.com/zh-CN/download/details.aspx?id=47442 和 https://www.microsoft.com/zh-CN/download/details.aspx?id=51071 两个补丁，然后再看看

WIN10 X64 的报错是这样的。已经用管理员权限运行了。

你电脑上安装Chrome浏览器了么，如果安装了，是哪个版本的啊？（在“Chrome帮助——关于Chrome”里可以看到版本）
