Fail to upgrade about kresus_ynh HOT 5 CLOSED

Indeed, it seems this line is either lacking a virtualenv flag to insist on reusing the same directory, or a rm -f of the virtualenv directory: https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/kresus_ynh/blob/master/scripts/upgrade#L118.

No i don't. But I'm surprise virtualenv complains about the directory/file exists. On my laptop distrib (archlinux), if I execute two times the same virtualenv command, the second time it does not fail:

$ virtualenv test
Using base prefix '/usr'
New python executable in /home/doude/test/bin/python
Installing setuptools, pip, wheel...
done.

$ virtualenv test
Using base prefix '/usr'
New python executable in /home/doude/test/bin/python
Installing setuptools, pip, wheel...
done.

I did the test with virtualenv 16.6.1 with python 3.7.3

And on the server I'm using for Yunohost, Debian Stretch (9.9), I think it was python3-virtualenv 15.1.0+ds-1 (found from apt logs as virtualenv package was removed) and python 3 version is 3.5.3.
