This project repository only builds the docker images by installing the compiled chrome binary from Google. I think you may be referring to https://github.com/yukinying/chrome-headless-travis-build. But I am a bit skeptical to switch to use "ozone" because it just work. Instead I'd prefer waiting and observing the bug to see when a stable fix would be released.

Hi @Julienh, the chromedriver version has been upgraded to 2.31 and it should handle send_key. Please feel free to try it out. On the other hand, there is a report in headless-dev that 2.31 requires glibc 2.18. I haven't tested that but upgrading glibc should not be hard with docker.
