@elboletaire The "Downloads" feature of Github has been deprecated, the ability upload new files was disabled before I become project owner, so I can't upload any release there.

Once the downloadable files are available via GH pages and linked from the release page, we can start pointing to that.

@jenny, @triptych Binaries added to the 2.4.8 GH Release page - I didn't even realize that was a feature, thanks for mentioning it.

@panchenko I'd like to get it into Maven, but we don't currently have a pom.xml file, and I've not used Maven before (more of an ant guy). If you (or someone else) wants to submit a pom.xml file that would allow me to build, sign, and publish these into the maven repos, I'd be glad for the help.

Just wanted to chime in here that this page (http://yui.github.io/yuicompressor/) leads users to this page (http://yuilibrary.com/download/#yuicompressor) to download and there is nothing there for compressor. It took me quite a bit of hoop jumping to find this thread which then leads to the download.
