@fdennis I must say that i try to use YubiKey Manager on Windows, and it's work fine - i can get to PIV. So it's seems it's macOS version only error.

Ok - I found out what was the problem. I damaged the file libccid in my macOS. So problem was solved by using Yubico OS X libccid patcher https://github.com/Yubico/ifd-yubico
