@pwuertz, thanks for the feedback. The semantic value contents are not reused by the parser and each rule can have only one action as you mentioned. So I think it's safe to drop const
from semantic values. I'll check the source code thoroughly if the change would cause any side effects. I'll get back to you when the new code becomes available. Thanks!

@pwuertz, please see the commit 757e81e. We can now register an action handler which takes non const peg::SemanticValues& sv
parameter as bellow. You can mutate it or move it.
parser["ROOT"] = [&](peg::SemanticValues& sv) {
auto& s = sv[0].get<std::string>();
s[0] = 'H'; // mutate
return std::string(std::move(s)); // move
};
