Hi. So I have a fix for the issue as titled here, i.e. label vertical alignment.
However, I'm trying to make the lightgray-boxes expand to the extremities of the plots nicely and that's proving difficult. I can send the fix as is and create another bug about the boxes. Alternatively I can send a PR later with the alignment. Let me know.
