If you want I can write up a pull request with the appropriate documentation for Emscripten or at least a link that points in that direction. All you need is the SDK for Emscripten and to follow the directions on their site. The SDK comes with the entire toolchain to make everything work. Though if you do add this to your documentation, make sure to caution people to not make the environment variables global unless they understand the potential ramifications. (old node version, old java version etc)
