Support is planned and in progress. There's an alpha-weighted DXT compressor
already checked in. My current plan is to compress the alpha blocks in parallel
on
the CPU, since the alpha compressor that I use is quite cheap, but I've been
trying
to come up with an optimal compressor that is easy to parallelize and that
could
run on the GPU too.

I just finished adding support for DXT3 and DXT5 CUDA compression. Alpha
compression
is still performed on the CPU, but it's faster than color compression on the
GPU, so
it does not increase the total compression time. Code needs some cleanup, but
otherwise should work fine. Please, let me know if it works for you.
Thanks!
