Thanks for using MuSiC!
Are you using read counts rather than CPM, RPKM or TPM to construct the basis of MuSiC? You can plot the scatter plot of artificial bulk vs. real bulk by smoothScatter to see if there any obvious discrepency between real bulk data and the summation of single cells.
Could you please provide more infomations about your data and we can figure out where the problem is.
