Avoid entering amount but not selecting participant about grouptabs HOT 4 CLOSED

I'd say definitely we should go for solution 2 because it's more friendly
and helpful.

And yes, participants could be grey until checked.

Also I was thinking maybe color feedback much like in the people list
regarding the amount would be cool here. Then again, it could be mistaken
for form field validation.
