13th floor BBS sometimes has "skip lines" about ultimateii-dos-lib HOT 8 CLOSED

Sometimes what i do to find these issues, is use VICE and tcpser4j which will tell me the actual data being transmitted and sent. I can try and find out what data is being sent which might clue us in. Let me know if you need me to take this one and see what the data is.

...can you run UltimateTerm on VICE? How do you emulate 1541u2+? It could be very useful, at the moment I have to put .PRG/.D64 on USB stick back and forth

No, what I do is load up ccgms or similar and call the bbs using tcpser4j. tcpser4j will show each byte that is sent and recieved. Its not a perfect solution, but it can sometimes help determine what byte sequence is causing an issue.

The easiest way though to send your d64 back and forth to the UII+ is to use the built in ftp server rather than pulling the flash drive each time.

Thanks for the FTP suggestion! Much better than pulling the real thing... If you can, could you investigate about that "skip line" of that BBS with your method?

But you can look at the bytes and see if curious. Id close this issue as CCGMS does the same thing.
