Log fetching example confusingly shows a new app starting about cli HOT 1 CLOSED

Thanks for pointing this out, I can understand the confusion.

The example log output shows the logs for a project that has been
deployed. Modulus streams all of the output from the deploy process to
the project's logs so that developers have complete visibility into
what's going on. As a result, most projects will have a log that looks
roughly like this (npm install and the start command/confirmation of
the start succeeding) unless you are writing additional output.

Your project will not be redeployed when fetching the logs and you
will only see the deploy output if you aren't writing much to the log. 😄
