removed() callbacks not honored when logFlags.dom is false about core HOT 9 CLOSED

It seems that in the latest source removedCallback has been renamed to leftViewCallback

from core.

We account for this at line 360 in src/core.js.

Arron: IMO we've either got to keep that lib stub (and the web component
stub) up-to-date with x-tag/core's dist, or remove them - I bet it confuses
many people.
