Basics are implemented. Missing features:
- Higher exhaustion for sprint-jumping
- Mobs suffer increased knockback when attacking while sprinting
- Stop sprinting after collision with block or entity
- Stop sprinting when sneaking
- Stop spriting after 30s
- Don't force player to hold down sprint key

Is this implemented somehow? I just recently added a sprinting mod to run slightly faster. Perhaps I'm missing a certain key combination to achieve this? Using git commit 58b9c3dbf5a67b27ed38ee728173e512865847e2 on MineTest 0.4.16.

Sprinting is available. This issue is about the remaining minor features.
Sprinting is activated with the “Use” key (default: E). Sprinting increases speed by 30%.
Did you find the in-game help yet? Click on the blue question mark. I put a lot of work into it, you should use it.
Oh, and you should remove the sprinting mod as this is redundant.

Lol. Yes, I have used the help. It is quite good, though I would add a way to get an alphabetical listing (I think it shows up under Misc. but not sure if it lists everything.) I do know I had to look up how to tame a horse (MineCraft does an empty hand tame) and how to make saddles (you can't though it's listed in the lua file) and a few crafting recipes I had to look up in the mod code that I now forget.
I assumed the Sprint would be under the MineTest keys that show up under change keys, then found the Sprint mod. That's why I was surprised to find this while browsing the bugtracker. Help completely escaped my mind on basic movement! :)
