Cannot run program "aapt":
java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory
You don't have aapt in your PATH. Installation instructions are on main page.

You mean now you get other errors, right? Maybe "zip file
AccountAndSyncSettings.apk
does not contain a classes.dex file"? If so, then you should use "-s" switch -
this
will be fixed in next version. I have downloaded your files and succeed in
decoding
them:
$ apktool d -s AccountAndSyncSettings.apk out
I: Decoding resource table...
W: Arsc file with multiple package groups
W: Skipping "android" package group
I: Decoding resources...
I: Copying assets and libs...
$ apktool d -s Launcher.apk out
I: Decoding resource table...
I: Decoding resources...
I: Copying assets and libs...
