deepeegprocessing icon deepeegprocessing

Python support library for preparing EEG data to use with keras, based around EEGReader class for reading openBCI txt files, as well as pre_processing & fileStructManager for splicing files into small samples

googlecalendar_to_trello_slackbot icon googlecalendar_to_trello_slackbot

Task monitoring software meant for students. Reads google calendar events, prompts a slackbot interaction to ask student if assignments were posted, and can create Trello cards in specified list.

nsf_reu_search icon nsf_reu_search

Quick search class using pandas that I am using to filter out keywords

thesis-lit-review icon thesis-lit-review

storage for notes on all my papers I am reading in my literature review for my thesis. PDFs omitted as I'm sure public storage of articles may be, y'know, bad.

trello_manager icon trello_manager

A fun repository for keeping my trelloboard updated and organized on my raspberry pi, for public display! As a Mass Effect fan, my slackbot (which is the default) is meant to be Legion, because he is my favorite AI character in gaming (don't @ me). Another huge part is data extraction, because this is my to_do list, and I am extracting certain features so I can do analysis on my task completion.

tsitsiklis_intro_to_probability_notes icon tsitsiklis_intro_to_probability_notes

Attempting to write my notes for university in jupyter notebooks, haven't done this before. I think there may be opportunities to run code segments as examples of probability distributions, which makes Jupyter Notebooks good environment. Starting where reasoning under uncertainty ends (my university course), Chapter 8. Note that latex in the github preview is not showing up, I do not know the cause of this.

wiki_philosophy_search icon wiki_philosophy_search

Fun project for finding statistics related to plenty of wikipedia articles linking to the philosophy page.
