Can you try "ctrl+v": "cmd:cmd_pasteNoFormatting"? The cmd: indicates that tbkeys should use goDoCommand on the following text. It did not work for me locally, but then Paste without formatting is greyed out in the context menu for me, so I think I have some other issue with pasting there. I still see cmd_pasteNoFormatting in the Mozilla code base, but I didn't trace if this is what Thunderbird uses for its text editor: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/events/ShortcutKeyDefinitions.cpp#712
