This also implies moving to the standard AMD project layout, where lib is configured as the baseUrl, and the actual application-specific modules are placed in a mapped app folder. This will allow third-party modules to be referenced by their names (e.g. jquery) rather than the verbose (and inflexible) wq/lib/jquery.
