Just to clarify the "newline in between" commend, I mean a blank line in between the two definitions, so it fails with this configuration:
define('WP_CACHE', true); //Added by WP-Cache Manager
define( 'WPCACHEHOME', '/var/www/html/ex/example.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/' ); //Added by WP-Cache Manager
but works with this:
define('WP_CACHE', true); //Added by WP-Cache Manager
define( 'WPCACHEHOME', '/var/www/html/ex/example.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/' ); //Added by WP-Cache Manager

I was able to reproduce and the issue is coming from the transformer. I will submit a PR with the fix later tonight.
