Google找了好多能使用command line按书签拆分pdf的软件，不过貌似都要订阅
暂时用这个文件使用命令行拆分https://sourceforge.net/projects/splitpdf/

作者不是已经在#97 里回复你了吗？目前只支持命令行打开PDF，不支持其它功能。命令行打开的话，直接令第一个参数为完整文件名即可。
