Problem to install the plugin (android) about phonegap-facebook-plugin HOT 10 CLOSED

I simply commented out the @OVERRIDES causing the issues. Worked fine afterward.

I had the same problem and the version of facebook sdk is the one from your repo.

if you use Eclipse , click right button on your project select "properties" next in new window (on left panel) "Java Compiler", and change to 1.6 java version

Worked, but im using the example and when i try to "login" nothing happens. hmm.

you need to use either adb logcat or eclipse ddms to check if there is a javascript error

I'm experiencing what seems to be the same issue.

I removed the @OverRide to get the code to compile, but when I run the example with my app ID/secret, nothing happens on login. I've used logcat and there are no JS errors -- and nothing suspicious when looking at everything adb outputs. I've also tried with both the included facebook-sdk JAR file and the one built from facebook's git repository.

Also of note: I have the facebook app on my phone (and don't seem to be able to uninstall it, so I can't test what happens without it.)

Any ideas?
