You can resolve this issue temporarily by changing Facebook.m in the Facebook iOS SDK on line 272, and set authorizeWithFBAppAuth to NO

I was thinking that this is something new with their SDK but looking at commit 91f256424531030a454548693c3a6ca49ca3f35a (which we only currently support) that line is the same. When I tested it with the version of the Facebook iOS app when we first released this, it worked great - it hasn't been tested with their latest app updates since then.
I have to fix the plugin to work with PhoneGap 1.1 and the latest Facebook iOS SDK anyway, and will do full tests with both Mobile Safari and the latest version of the Facebook iOS app.
