Or, it is possible that TZ= works, but the value stored in the created/expiry doesn't respond to timezone changes. For example:

I created the invite. It is in GMT. Then I updated the time zone to Los Angeles. Then used the invite. Now, the used date is before the created date; I would expect that changing the timezone of the container would update the timestamps across the platform to match.
