There is a way to make a line macro not also act as a normal macro, but it's undocumented and I'm not sure that it's really a good idea. But I don't think that's the way to accomplish what you want.

The way to do this that first comes to mind is to use rename-in or rename-out in require forms. Eg. you can have a module that defines a line macro that expands to (exit) but is not itself called exit, then provide it with (rename-out [the-exit-macro-name exit]).
