Fot the time being i just changed line 219 from "staff_online_box.php"
$staff_avatar_dimensions = (int) ($width / 5);
TO
$staff_avatar_dimensions = "100%"; // OLD--> (int) ($width / 5);
That makes it a better size than the 120x90px. good temp fix for my case.
