Load default theme crash about dock HOT 5 CLOSED

@HendrikMennen I was able to repro the issue. Trying to fix.

I don't get the crash anymore. But still since updating everything from the dock is invisible. I tried with avalonia 0.8.1 and no difference. Is there anything new I need to change so it will work again? Worked very well before. The xaml files are not getting loaded but I don't get any errors.

The way DockControl is using layout has changed:

<idc:DockControl Layout="{Binding Layout}"/>

Before:

<idc:DockControl DataContext="{Binding Layout}"/>

You need bind your layout to Layout property instead to DataContext.
