CUGB教务处爬取程序

运行脚本会自动爬取教务处，并向mails.txt的全部邮箱发送邮件

header.txt和footer.txt会自动为邮件内容添加头和尾

通过DEBUGGING的设置可以切换使用默认邮箱或是文件读取邮箱，可以防止你调试个脚本就*扰了一大批人

开启邮箱的smtp服务，然后输入自己的邮箱信息即可。

如果想做到定时扫描发送邮件，需要在服务器上部署，并定时运行（例如linux上使用crontab）
