将本工程的下的 Android/templates/activities/SmallLauncher 目录导入到Android Studio的模板工程目录。
模板工程目录一般位于Android Studio安装目录的 Android Studio\plugins\android\lib\templates 目录下，像我默认安装的就是在 C:\Program Files\Android\Android Studio\plugins\android\lib\templates。
导入成功的话，新建工程就能看到模板图标了。

导入模板后，重启as，新建工程，并没有看到模板图标，请问还需要修改什么吗？

新版本（4.1）应该不支持直接建立自定义模板了，所有模板工程位于 android-studio-4.1\plugins\android\lib\wizard-template.jar包内部，通过压缩软件解压可以看到。
