Also, this just sprung to mind, but since the ElementInternals api is only used in Chrome, documenting whether an element is form-associated could also help people utilise the CEM to recommend the polyfills to use, and the browser compatibility of a given custom element.

Closing because I was just generating my manifest wrong. turns out it still generates all the static formAssociated field like normal. My bad 😅
