BTW what's the purpose of tracking issues?

They're nice to have as an overview -- the current links in the readme go to the repo, which takes a bit more reading to get the same information.

Oh and we already forgot to create tracking issue for Typed Function References proposal and possibly for some other proposals too.

Thanks, yeah it probably would be good to have a checklist of the things to do when we create a new proposal so we don't forget.

Maybe I should create a new issue instead? I wasn't sure what's the best way to ask that question. I was going to create an issue in Unmanaged Closures repo, but it's empty
