JS Hook: s3_uploads_start does not fire about s3_direct_upload HOT 5 CLOSED

Start sometimes calls for me. It seems like it's the first time, but not anytime after that. Looking into it now.

Thanks. I even tried with the following binds: s3_uploads_start, s3_upload_start, s3_uploads_started and s3_upload_started just to make sure I covered all possible spelling (that may have been not yet documented) and nothing got fired. Hope that helps.

@chadwtaylor The event isn't firing because the latest gem on rubygems has older code, which doesn't contain that event. I forked the project and rolled my own gem for now.

@waynehoover A new gem release is probably necessary, since the docs on the main page do not align with the latest gem.
