In WAMP PubSub, are messages buffered on the server when a client subscriber is momentarily unavailable (due to network issues)? And are such messages re-dispatched (on reconnection)? This is a common good design principle from great message-oriented middleware like PubNub or RabbitMQ or Redis.

By design, WAMP is not a transactional messaging system. Should an app need transactional semantics, it can layer that on top of RPC. The PubSub feature of WAMP is designed to be simple, scalable and light-weight. However, there is #11
