Wagtail doesn't support uploading video however you can provide links for youtube or video (or various other oembed providers) and they will be successfully embedded !

Note you need to add an embedly api key to your local settings file to get the video embed working,

@helenb actually in the latest version of wagtail embeds can be handled through oembed so Embedly is not actually needed !
