It is not really clear what you mean by invalid DTD. I do not think that OPS spec
places any restictions on the DTD or the content of the DTD, as long as resulting
XML validates. It is not illegal to use XHTML 1.0 Transitional DTD, however it is
not fully compatible with OPS. For instance, if the document contains only
tags
in the flow, but not
, it should work fine.
Please clarify what you think is wrong.
