epubcheck does not check anything about DRM about epubcheck HOT 2 CLOSED

This is a valid bug.

I will incorporate a fix that will do the following:
Epubcheck will check to see if the EPUB book contains META-INF/encryption.xml, and will read the list of
encrypted resources contained within. If any of the resources that are required book elements are encrypted,
the check will announce that the book is encrypted and fail the check (Exit code 1). If only non-required
resources (resources that Epubcheck does not normally check, ex: fonts, swfs, etc) are encrypted, the check
will ignore those elements and proceed with the check.
