integration to QautoRouter about c-pcb HOT 2 OPEN

Thanks for the compliments. I did this project as an exercise in learning techniques for pcb routing. The DSN import code was created blind with no spec to hand, but just enough to get some test data.
I am busy on other projects ATM but might have time to come back to this one day.
