Hello, thanks for your interest in this crate!
It's been actually fixed very recently and Container::exec now returns a Multiplexer that implements AsyncWrite. This should allow for writing to stdin. I'll update the tests to add a case with writing to STDIN when I get some free time but for now feel free to ask if you have any issues with using it :) Next release should include this changes.
Another way to achieve this is to attach to the container using Container::attach.
