Yes, I removed hachoir-{core,parser,metadata} from PyPI.

I didn't know that it was still used. The python2 project was replaced by the python3 project one or two years ago (Python 2-only code is not longer online), nobody was maintaining it anymore. Hachoir switched to Python3 only3. It was too hard to maintain Python 2 and Python 3 in a single code base.

I removed my Python 2-only projects from PyPI since Python 2 is not longer supported.

We are still using it, and it still works. If I can find the source again I can just pip from git, but idk if I have them anymore.

I guess the other problem is that pip will install the hachoir3 version on py2 right now.

@vstinner do you still have those sources? My forks and local copies are gone x.X

NVM, I just removed hachoir and used another much smaller lib.

I'm happy that you worked around your issue :-)

No sorry, I lost copies of the python2 flavor of Hachoir source code.
