Your search query is probably turning up no results. Try to duplicate it in another ldap search and then structure a working one and add that to the configuration.

I have verified the given request through the utility ldapsearch.
Everything is working.
Also tried several query options, none of them work (((

Can you post your config used for this as well as the result of your ldapsearch (omitting sensitive values)?

Seconding what @GoliathLabs said. Can’t do much more without more info.
As far as ldap auth for Vaultwarden, this has been discussed on that project and the consensus, last I checked, was that there is no way to implement this such that it would remain secure and avoid updating the client application.
