Looks like the build failed because of a new version of ca-certificates. Fixing it now.

Fixed and Docker Hub is building new versions of latest and alpine. After I see those succeed, I'll push another commit to bump the version to v0.3.1 and tag so it triggers a new tagged build.
If you need StartTLS now, you should be able to use the alpine tag for the time being. That has had the feature since December.

Ok. Tag build has started. Docker Hub can be slow to execute, so it will probably take a few hours before they're all done.

All builds are done. You can pull v0.3.1-alpine. I'm tagging a new build version because it required a change in the Dockerfile to fix the build and I want to make sure the sha's all align.
